Nolvai SMS Messaging Terms

Program description

Nolvai connects people with licensed attorneys for free 15-minute consultations (“Quick Calls”). When you book a consultation, Nolvai sends transactional SMS related to that appointment.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number in our booking (intake) form on this website and agreeing to receive SMS about your consultation. Providing your number and continuing constitutes your consent. We do not share your number with third parties for their marketing.

Message types & frequency

Booking confirmation when you schedule a Quick Call
Appointment reminders (about 24 hours and 30 minutes before)
A join link at call time, and rescheduling or cancellation notices

Frequency depends on your activity — typically a few messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@nolvai.com.
